Coco the Whale™ Chocolate Truffles are individually hand fashioned by the Nantucket Chocolatiers. The whale's body is formed from a whipped fresh cream and chocolate ganache. The distinctive chocolate whale's tail is added and the whale is drenched in a lavish bath of Belgian chocolate. The artisans then provide a final touch with hand piped eyes and water spout.
