Sweet Inspirations, Nantucket Chocolatier' signature shoppe, will be featured on an upcoming episode of the Food Network’s nationally broadcast "Food Finds" program. The company will be featured in an episode focused on authentic New England foods. The show will be aired 6 times beginning January 20, 2004, at 10 pm.

Opened by John and Kathy West in 1981, Sweet Inspirations specializes in Cranberry Creations™ Chocolates, the inspired combination of luxurious chocolate with bold, flavorful cranberries.

"We don't just greet our guests, we greet them with with chocolate," declares our founder, John West as he guides the audience through the store and shares his inspiration for fine chocolate.

Beyond the celebrated Cranberry Creations™, Nantucket Chocolatier also creates world class truffles, fine chocolate buttercrunch and exquisite handmade Belgian chocolates. Luckily, these delicious treats are also available online to those people who can’t take the ferry to Nantucket.

As a recipient of numerous awards, this is not the first time Nantucket Chocolatier has been featured on National television. When asked about the Food Network appearance, West says, “I’m happy to share with America the sumptuous treats we’ve been creating for 23 years”.

The "Food Finds" episode will segue from one location on Nantucket to the next, beginning with a first look at the Sweet Inspirations storefront then on to the production area for an interview with the Chocolatiers. Finally, the viewers will learn a bit about tasting gourmet chocolate from owner John West.

First airing on January 20, 2004 at 10 p.m., the show will be repeated January 21, 2004 at 2 a.m., February 7, 2004 at 2:30 p.m., May 6, 2004 at 9 p.m., May 7, 2004 at 1:00 a.m. and July 19, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Learn more about the Food Finds feature.
